Scratby City

Scratby City was founded by the Elven Taegan and Firbolg Brilltir families as hub bridging the Vermillion Hills and Viridian Plains. Originally for trade and adventurers, the town changed after it was discovered that the Elf child, Aelron Taegan was discovered to possess Titanic Gigantism. Later the Brilltir bore a Firbolg son, Norrnmer Brilltir who too became a giant from the similar phenomenon.
