Questline

Questline is an experiment to creating mini-quests that can be performed without necessarily devoting time. It is a risk/reward system based on who is willing to involve themselves in the activity before the end date shown. Odds of Success are determined by the character's stats and skills. A quest will have four major outcomes: Critical (Success), Success, Failure and Disaster. To reap the rewards of the quest the players must get a result of Success or better, no rewards are given for Failure. A Critical Success can gain bonus rewards not listed by the quest whereas a Disaster can incur a penalty to one or more participants of the activity.

  • A slot marked [Required] means that the quest cannot complete without each spot filled and unless the spot also states 'Any', the slot must be filled by someone who possesses this trait.
  • This system is in beta: do not be alarmed if things do not make 100% sense, contact Makros / GM for clarification. Some traits have tooltips, cursor over to see them.
  • A Critical trait slightly improves Success and Critical Success rates, whereas Disaster increases both Failure and Disaster chances.
