Dione Talorus, Talos Titan
A highly-advanced species from the planet Viros that was cut tragically short by a cosmic event that destroyed the home-world. One of the only survivors was a male Atlaysian named Dian Talorus, part of the Atlaysian Prime principle, he was already considered a metabeing on his home planet, but upon landing on the next habitable planet, Earth, he found himself in a league all of his own. Armed with the advanced technology that his people left behind and the metapowers he possesses. Dione struggles with the existential horror of being the last of his kind in a world that treats him as both a threat and a friend.
Despite his appearance and monsterous powers, Dione Talorus is a reserved being who preferred a quieter life than the one he was given. Because of his amazing abilities he was given the title of 'Talos Titan', a peacekeeper for his home planet where he helped maintain law and order. Even as a resident of Earth, he prefers to use his talents to create and help others in more mundane ways than his true potential allowed. His state of being as an Atlaysian Prime means he is one of the most powerful beings, not only of his former planet, but many others as well. If he had the will and ambition he could have become a galaxy conquerer, but chooses a more modest lifestyle, fearing that overusing his powers may result in hatred of the people.
History
Dione tries to integrate with society with mixed results, his ability to understand alien languages in a short space of time helped him communicate with the natives, but his enormous alien appearance inspires fear and uncertainty in many who see him.

Dione physical prowess is unmatched,with incredible motor control he can lift objects like cars and trucks effortlessly and barge through brick walls with ease. While the upper limit to his strength has not been reached, the only difficulties he encounters is having the necessary leverage and grip to move heavy objects or creatures.

Dione bones, muscles and skin are super dense and tough. Low-grade weapons have virtually no effect upon his frame and impervious to non-superpowered blunt and sharp weapons. Even against firearms the pain factor is minimal at best, as ballistic rounds will bounce off his skin. His bones and joints can take immense amounts of stress, both from his super strength as well as from impact forces. He is highly resistant to forms of energy including heat, cold, radiation and energy. He will feel minor attacks but feel no pain from them, he will feel pain from higher-grade attacks.

Dione can enlarge and shrink himself and his immediate surroundings (his possessions, touched objects) rapidly for an indefinite period of time. Resized objects are psionically protected from adverse effects of differing scale but otherwise behave as if they were that size. The smallest size he has become is 1cm for a micro-circuitry project, the largest he has become is well over 1032ft (314m), to combat a large-scale threat.
