In a world where humans and giants work and live together; giants are seen as thinking, feeling beings and people. The system's heightened focus upon the nuances of size-difference and its impact on gameplay enables players to play as giants in this TTRPG fantasy adventure.

Viridian: the Roleplaying Game/Setting

The Viridian [System] is a homebrew Virtual TableTop RolePlaying Game framework built on the Maptool client and also based on the homebrew setting of the same name. Viridian is created and developed by @AlienOvan for personal / limited use. The Viridian system uses JavaScript macros to create a semi-automated [Commands] using a TTRPG framework which can be used to simplify down many game mechanics into clickable command buttons with at most light data-entry to process correctly. This contrasts with traditional TTRPGs using game mechanics simplified to be able to be performed by humans in a reasonable period of time.

Genre and Setting
The Viridian setting is primarily set up to be a Fantasy-punk, a fantasy setting that is shifted ahead a hundred or so years ahead of medieval fantasy and during the rise of its industrial revolution, an age known as the 'Age of Adventures'. The overarching narrative is based more around exploration and opportunity than of warring nations, though such problems still exist. With advancements in living, warfare and recreation, the world is entering an age where commerce and new ventures are possible and the ability to explore distance lands is more achievable than ever.

Legends of Giants & Wishes
The world has a significant lore surrounding ancient titans of the past and the ruins that they had left behind, the large population of giants that exist today are said to be granted the gift of primeval power by the titans when they left. There also includes a legend surrounding a shooting star that granted wishes and special, hidden vaults created to contain wishes that would irreparably damage the fabric of reality should they be permitted to be released in their full glory.
The Essence of Actualization: The Metaforce Phenomenon.
There is also an abundance of a particular energy source known as the Metaforce, supposedly the origin of magic and supernatural phenomenons across the planet that can be harnessed as an energy-source, many nations seek to find places high in this mystical energy source and thus will contract teams to discover locations rich in the source, or to collect as much of it within portable tanks as they can.
