Instead of having to assign points immediately upon level-up, between games, Human characters can keep points in escrow until such a situation where they can assign points to a specific skill, attribute or perk. They can pull stuff out of their asses basically. They still have to assign points before committing to rolls or checks but other than that, point-assignment is free.

			The '''Talented''' trait is designed simply to give Humans a few more Perks in the early game to enhance their option-making, as well as room for creation traits they would otherwise have to give up a Perk point to obtain.

However, the entitlement isn't entirely unjustified, as they were critical towards resolving the conflict of the Great War by allying with the cooperative giants and finally quelling the rogue faction.

			Human adventurers would feel a call to destiny, or seek goals both material and moral. A distinct sense of 'purpose and meaning' to do something more dangerous and potentially rewarding than simply taking a job in the town or cities and live each day as relaxed as the last.
