			As a Talosian, Dione was born with a set of 16 vocalchords, two each in different length. The Talosian language is extremely complex, often requiring control of various chords in harmony to reflect tone and inflection. When speaking simpler languages, Dione often uses most or all of his chords simultaneously, creating deep and harmonious hums in his voice that can travel deep and far. Aside from giving him a voice that sounds soothing and relaxing to listen to, he able to control his vocal chords to mimic all kinds of sounds and even imitate other voices, it does not give him the ability to instantly learn how someone speaks (impressions not included). Lastly, the sheer volume he can produce means he can emit immense soundwaves, enough to cause serious sonic damage to whatever is in front of him.

			Although Dione is a very heavy Talosian by default, he can alter the mass of his form as easily as he does his size. With this he can make himself heavier without changing his size, augmenting his strength and durability even further, the logical downside is of course the risk of sinking or crashing through a weak floor just by taking too harsh a step forward. Inversely he can reduce his mass signifcantly, until even a human could lift him above their heads, the upsides to this is reducing the stress on flooring as well as being able to move in aways his normal mass could not. With this control of his mass, Dione can also rearrange the bonds of his molecules to maintain cohesive yet elastic contortions, effectively being able to shape himself into forms that would be impossible for a flesh and blood creature; he can stretch and squash his body to extreme degrees to squeeze through even the tightest spaces, but without size-alteration the space left on the other side of a small passage must be large enough to contain his normal form.

He is fully capable of solving any problem with enough time and effort, especially if he is not impeded or interrupted by outsiders. Street-Level crimes poses absolute no threat to Dione himself, as most weapons or environmental hazards are incapable of phasing the Talosian, nevermind risks of injury. Unwise assaults of this nature become an annoyance to the Titan rather than a danger. When tackling scenarios such as this, Dione can be experimental with the way he handles groups to respect their lives as well as maintain lawful activity, carelessness could see an innocent getting hurt or see destructive property damage, or worse, attract attention from unwanted parties.

He is considered part of the Meta-community but his absurdly high power-level divisively splits the group to those that think he should be constrained to avoid catastrophe or be spurred into action, good or bad.
